    Ingredients

    Halal Beef, Water, Soy Protein Concentrate, Bread Crumbs [Enriched Wheat Flour (Flour, Barley Malt, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Salt, Yeast, Sugar, Calcium Propionate (preservative)], Halal Lamb, Contains 2% or Less of: Seasoning (Monosodium Glutamate, Spices, Dehydrated Garlic, Onion Powder, Maltodextrin), Salt, Sodium Phosphate.

    Cooking Instructions

    Mount frozen meat cone on the spit & place on the vertical rotisserie broiler. Cook continuously while the cone is rotating. Slice outer layer of meat once cooked to desired doneness. Make sure that cooked product reaches an internal temperature of 165°F for at least 15 seconds. Serve right away or store in a steam tray. Make sure to serve or slice the entire cone within 4 hours, otherwise discard.

    We ship via FedEx Monday–Wednesday to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Product is packed with dry ice or gel packs to arrive cold.

    All orders ship Monday through Wednesday and should be delivered within 3 business days or less. There is no weekend delivery. If received after Wednesday at 11 am CST, your order will be shipped on the first Monday of the following week. 

    At times orders may be held until the following Monday due to estimated delivery dates being outside of our safe delivery range.

    Some orders to California, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Montana, Idaho, Arizona, Florida, New Mexico, and Nevada may ship out exclusively on Mondays to try and avoid any possible delay in receiving your order. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. Any order received after 11 am CST on Monday will be held until the following Monday unless ordered with 2 day or 3 day select shipping options. In addition, any order received on Tuesday or later in the week may not ship until the following Monday depending on the destination.

    Storage

    We ship every order in a thick, insulated bio-degradable cooler to keep your products cold during transit. We also pack each order with plenty of dry ice to keep the temperature low in their original cases for safety and simplicity. 

     Most orders ship with Fed-Ex or UPS on a typical delivery truck our thoroughly tested  packaging and dry ice maintain the temperature during transit.
